BT-100RS RS232(Serial Interface) Trigger For Cash Drawer

1. Cash drawer can be directly connected to the computer with BT-100RS;

3. Allows for "Hot Plugging", plug and play connectivity;

4. No need to set the COM property;

5. Suitable to any cash drawer command. Write any data to COM port will open the cash drawer.

BT-100RS Cash Drawer Trigger is designed to provide Serial interfacing to the cash drawer. This allows the cash drawer, which is previously connected to POS printer or cash register, to be directly connected to a Serial port of the computer. This means through the BT-100RS the cash drawer can be directly connected to the computer when there is no printer used in the POS system.
The BT-100RS Serial Trigger Module uses a physics RS232 Serial Port,and the power comes from USB port. This way existing POS Software can communicate with the Serial Cash Drawer Trigger as though connected to a Serial Port. If you want open the cash drawer, just send ESC/POS command to the RS232 Serial Port without any driver.

RAM procedure:
1. Contact us and let us know what’s the problem. It would be better if you can record a video for our analysis.
2. Tell us serial No. of the device. We will appoint after service staff work together with you to solve the problem asap.
3. If spare parts for repairing requested, pls send back the broken part together with guarantee list for our testing and we will send the spare parts or repair it to you once confirmed the problem was cause by our side. Freight cost at our charge. If the problem was made by your side, we will repair it and send it back to you. Freight cost at your charge.
4. Good suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA):
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). DOA products will be advance replaced and shipped via express.
