PD7000 is an innovative product that is designed to replace the current 2-line VFD customer display in the market. It retains the functions of the tradition 2-line customer display by offering command mode support from a majority of display makers (EPSON®, CD5220, UTC, Logiccontrol) in a 7” display package. This means the current 2-line display in operation can be easily replaced without complicated software modification.

But PD7000 is more than a simple 7” customer display. It is its multimedia capability that really sets PD7000 apart from the ordinary 2-line customer display. For the first time, store owner can deliver eye catching and colorful promotion message, advertising banner, or graphical item picture to the customers with the aid of powerful functions that comes with the display.

PD7000 is multi-function customer display, it use Serial port communicate, USB port or DC adaptor to supply power. High brightness and strong commonality. It can display simple Chinese and other languages, supports ESC/POS, CD5220 and so on commands. It's communicate protocol is 9600, N, 8, 1.

RAM procedure:
1. Contact us and let us know what’s the problem. It would be better if you can record a video for our analysis.
2. Tell us serial No. of the device. We will appoint after service staff work together with you to solve the problem asap.
3. If spare parts for repairing requested, pls send back the broken part together with guarantee list for our testing and we will send the spare parts or repair it to you once confirmed the problem was cause by our side. Freight cost at our charge. If the problem was made by your side, we will repair it and send it back to you. Freight cost at your charge.
4. Good suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA):
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). DOA products will be advance replaced and shipped via express.
