FAQ:
1. The printer has two versions, one supports Android, windows, wince, java system. Another supports android, ios, windows. One printer can supports one version only. Price is different.
2. This model support Android os, we provide SDK for your second development. And support Android os is default configuration, if you do not request, we will ship item which support Android os.
3. This model support ios, we do not provide SDK. But we provide commands manual.
4. For Android vision, it supports device with Android 2.0-4.1+ OS. For iOS, it supports iphone or ipad which with Bluetooth 4.0 vision.
5. The power adaptor has DC power supply and car adaptor for option. Default packing is DC power adaptor.
6. Its default functions is Bluetooth+ USB+ battery, support 1D/2D barcode, you can also request customize the functions. For example, you do not need battery or do not need Bluetooth, price will be different.
7. OEM Production:
-OEM your logo, MOQ is 500pcs with OEM charge free. If your order less than 500pcs, you can also pay OEM charge to make your logo. Exact cost depends on your requirements.
-OEM packing, MOQ is 1000pcs.
Warranty&RAM:
All of our products with 12 months warranty from the date of shipment. We do not guarantee consumable items like printer head and ribbon.
RAM procedure:
1. Contact us and let us know what’s the problem. It would be better if you can record a video for our analysis.
2. Tell us serial No. of the device. We will appoint after service staff work together with you to solve the problem asap.
3. If spare parts for repairing requested, pls send back the broken part together with guarantee list for our testing and we will send the spare parts or repair it to you once confirmed the problem was cause by our side. Freight cost at our charge. If the problem was made by your side, we will repair it and send it back to you. Freight cost at your charge.
4. Good suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA):
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). DOA products will be advance replaced and shipped via express.
